Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected and lacking a real closet or spacious bathroom area, were still very comfortable and nicely appointed. The private terrace overlooking the rear car park added a nice touch. The service provided by the staff, especially the director Jack Bellford, was warm, friendly, and helpful. The location, just a few yards from the town center with its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants, was excellent. The dining options on the second floor were enjoyable, offering a cozy lounge and a veranda overlooking the street. However, the price may not fully align with the value received.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a few steps away from the vibrant town center with all its amenities. The rooms, although each a little different, overlook the rear car park but come with a lovely private terrace featuring a hamam which adds a nice touch. The service here is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home, although it can be a bit tricky to reach them sometimes. The dining experience was delightful with a cozy lounge and veranda where you can enjoy your meals. The facilities are excellent, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is located in the heart of the very cool SLO downtown area, offering a great vibe and easy access to numerous restaurants. The rooms are uniquely decorated and impressively clean, though they could be a tad small for some. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay overall. However, the darkness might be a drawback for some, and the prices could be a bit high for the room size.
